Homebrew (with a personal Brewfile), personal dotfiles, and notifications-mcp (for the desktop-notification hook). Remote MCP server registrations live in the separate njs-docker-mcp kit; notify/clipboard/ obsidian are host-run local-stdio MCP servers registered via sbx.sh/mcp.sh's --static-mcp mechanism. Layer onto the `runtime-claude` or `runtime-codex` workload kit — every agent-specific step detects which one is present and runs only its own branch.
