This repo contains things that I like or find useful, offered up with absolutely zero guarantee that it will work for anyone else

⁠Usage

Usage instructions below will mount your current az session into the container so you don't have to login twice. If you'd prefer to login separately with a service principal or whatever else inside the container - just leave out the -v arguments.

⁠Ubuntu

docker run --rm -it -v ~/.azure:/root/.azure acanthamoeba/azure-cli-extension-noelbundick

⁠Windows (cmd)

docker run --rm -it -v %userprofile%\.azure:/root/.azure acanthamoeba/azure-cli-extension-noelbundick

⁠Windows (WSL)

You'll need to jump through an extra hoop if you invoking Docker from WSL

WIN_USER=noel

or - if you want extra WSL kung fu points...

WIN_USER=`cmd.exe /c echo %USERNAME% | sed --expression='s/\r//g'`

Next, invoke Docker with some funky args

docker run --rm -it -v "C:\\users\\$WIN_USER\\.azure":/root/.azure acanthamoeba/azure-cli-extension-noelbundick
