⁠GATK 4 Nightly Docker Build Repository

Please see the GATK website⁠, where you can download a precompiled executable of the most recent released version of the gatk, read documentation, ask questions, and receive technical support.

• This repository exists in order to store live builds of the most up-to-date changes in our GATK 4 Github⁠ as a convenience for developers working on new features in the GATK.

• Builds are always constructed on a nightly basis off of the master branch in GATK 4⁠. If you notice that there are issues with the built Docker images or if there have bee no new images posted, please open an issue in on our Github⁠.

• These builds comprise work-in-progress code, if you are looking for a stable version of the GATK please see our official [GATK Release Dockerhub] (https://hub.docker.com/r/broadinstitute/gatk/⁠).

The versions of GATK in this repository are produced by the Broad Institute and fully open source under a BSD (3-clause) license.
